Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with BiosTool. If something doesn't work as expected, contact us and we'll make it right.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with your first month of a Pro Monthly subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the first billing period, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the Service for more than 10 analyses. After 14 days or after significant use, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Pay-Per-Use Credits

Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have been consumed (used for analyses) are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
