3. BIOS File Handling

BIOS files uploaded to our Service are used solely for the purpose of analysis and repair as requested by you. Files are:

• Cloud infrastructure providers — servers used to run the Service (Contabo VPS)

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. BIOS job files are deleted within 24 hours. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
