These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BiosTool and related services ("Service") provided by Orchestrator. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
BiosTool is a cloud-based software service that provides BIOS chip analysis, Status Register decoding, repair file generation, and related tools for electronics technicians and repair professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your key has been compromised.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller. By purchasing a plan:
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and content, is owned by Orchestrator and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.
BIOS files you upload remain your property. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT REPAIR RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC HARDWARE.
BIOS repair involves risk to hardware. You are solely responsible for creating backups of original firmware before applying any repairs. We are not liable for hardware damage resulting from use of our Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORCHESTRATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HARDWARE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
